Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs & shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Any product returned unopened, unused and undamaged in line with the Distance Selling Directive (DSD) are entitled to a refund minus the cost of the original P&P. All items must be returned to us within seven days of receipt of the item from us. Once you’ve informed us of your decision to return goods under DSD, you have 7 days to do so at your own expense.
