We pride ourselves on fast dispatch once cleared payment has been received. All our items are next day delivery and in most cases they get delivered on time by our couriers Parcel Force or City Link. If your items are not with you within 48 hours then please call us on 01792 512021 and we will contact the couriers on your behalf to check on your items. 
 
Restrictions and surcharges may be applicable for some services to destinations in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey, Isle of Scilly, and Southern Ireland. P&P on large items to the above locations is £18.50
 
Any items returned to us for failed delivery will carry another deliver charge to the customer. We do not do re-directions to alternative addresses after we have dispatched your items to you. If after the item has been returned to us for a non delivery we will request additional money for a second delivery plus the cost of shipping the item back to us. If after a returned item you require a refund it will be minus the original P&P cost plus the returned items cost [including free P&P charges].
